Pictobank Terms

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pictobank, you agree to these Terms. If you use Pictobank for a business, client, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.

2. Service Structure

Pictobank includes Free Image Tools and Pipeline workflows, Storage+ cloud workflows, and Local Processing. Free workflows are temporary and may be ad-supported. Storage+ is an account-based subscription for saved exports, folders, Vault organization, and share pages. Local Processing is a one-time license for supported device-first image work and does not require Storage+.

3. User Content and Responsibility

You keep ownership of the images and files you upload, process, save, or share. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use those files with Pictobank.

4. Copyright and Rights

Do not upload, process, save, deliver, or share files that infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Pictobank may remove or restrict content, accounts, share links, or workflows when rights abuse is reported or detected.

5. Limited Processing License

You grant Pictobank a limited license to receive, process, transform, temporarily hold, store, display, download, email, and share your files only as needed to provide the workflow you request.

6. Temporary Processing and Storage

Free Image Tools and Pipeline workflows are designed for temporary processing and delivery, not permanent Vault storage. Working files and outputs may remain briefly while processing, download, email, security, and cleanup systems finish. Storage+ saves the exports, folders, and share pages you choose to save. Share snapshots may remain available until they expire or are deleted.

7. Storage+ Subscription and Billing

Storage+ requires an account and active billing. Subscription status, payment collection, invoices, cancellation, and payment method updates are handled through Stripe and reflected in Pictobank from payment provider events.

8. Local Processing License

Local Processing is a one-time purchase tied to the purchaser email and license record. Supported image-processing work runs on the device, while recovery, replacement, activation, verification, account-linking, updates, and revocation safeguards use Pictobank operational systems. Keys may not be resold, shared, harvested, or used to bypass limits.

9. Sharing and Direct Email

Anyone with an active share link may be able to view or download the linked files. Direct Email sends selected files and message details to recipients you choose through the configured email delivery provider. You are responsible for recipients, links, message content, and ending access when it should stop.

10. Support Communications

When you contact support, Pictobank may store your ticket, messages, email address, operational metadata, and related account or license context so we can respond and resolve the issue.

11. Acceptable Use

Do not use Pictobank for illegal content, infringement, malware, abuse, harassment, automated attacks, scraping, spam, excessive load, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass billing, licensing, storage, rate limits, or security controls.

12. Operational Safeguards

Pictobank may throttle, limit, block, remove, expire, or reject workloads that are unsafe, abusive, unusually heavy, technically risky, or harmful to service reliability.

13. Account Ownership and Verification

Account access, Storage+ ownership, Local Processing links, support tickets, and paid product recovery may be verified through signed-in identity, purchaser email, Stripe records, license records, and operational logs.

14. Intellectual Property

Pictobank owns the service, software, interface, presets, brand, systems, documentation, and platform code. These Terms do not transfer Pictobank intellectual property to you.

15. Third-Party Providers

Pictobank uses verified providers including Fly.io for hosting and compute, Supabase for authentication, database, and managed storage, Stripe for conditional billing, Resend for conditional transactional email, and Google AdSense for conditional eligible advertising. Current categories, purposes, data, usage conditions, and states are listed on the Service Providers page.

16. Service Changes

Pictobank may change features, limits, pricing, storage behavior, supported formats, providers, or workflows as the product evolves or as required for reliability, security, or compliance.

17. No Guarantees

Pictobank is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect compression quality, file compatibility, permanent storage outside paid saved workflows, or error-free third-party services.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pictobank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, business interruption, or similar damages.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Pictobank harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your files, rights violations, misuse, illegal activity, breach of these Terms, or harm caused by your use of the service.

20. Contact

For questions, billing issues, license recovery, abuse reports, or support requests, contact Pictobank through the support page.
